Does Ferndale Healthcare® offer any patient assistance programs to help offset the cost of medications?

  1. Yes. We offer an Instant Savings Program designed to help reduce a patient’s out-of-pocket cost for many of our products.

My physician prescribed a Ferndale Healthcare® product for me and I have questions about how to use it. Whom should I contact?

  1. Please refer to the Package Insert for directions on how to use the product. If you have further questions, please contact your physician or pharmacist.

Where can I find your nonprescription over-the-counter products?

  1. Our nonprescription products are available through two primary sources:
  2. 1. By requesting it from a local pharmacist. If the product is not in stock, it may be ordered and will be available for you within 24 hours.
  3. 2. Through the Internet using the product name; you will find many eTailers offering our products for sale.

How do I report an adverse event with a Ferndale Healthcare® product?

  1. If you need to report an adverse advent associated with one of products, please call 1.800.621.6003 extension 484 or complete the adverse event form.
